We understand Pop as a generic term for spectacular forms and practices that distance themselves from high-cultural traditions and commitments to profundity. In terms of pop, cultural validity is no longer necessarily justified beyond attention. In this research area, we examine aesthetic procedures, experiences and their discourses that are decidedly directed towards the popular of their subject matter.
