In the subproject, three work areas are being implemented within the work programme, which deal with organisational issues, data collection and data analysis. Firstly, the focus is on field access and permanent contact maintenance over the entire project duration. Sec-ondly, ethnographies and group interviews will be conducted in a total of four institutions over a period of twelve months each to collect data. Thirdly, all data will be evaluated com-paratively and synthesizingly with regard to the research questions of the subproject.
